  13. This is due to the fact that later versions of Win32S and earlier 
  14. versions mouse drivers are incompatible...MicroSoft just LOVES to do this 
  15. all the time (I don't know how many Visual Basic compiled programs don't 
  16. work because they were written for earlier versions of the VBRUNxxx.DLL). 
  17.  In any case, word is that an updated mouse driver is available SOMEWHERE 
  18. at ftp.microsoft.com.
